4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.5 Currency

4.6 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your qk44 account, you confirm that the funds belong to you and that they originate from a legitimate, lawful source. qk44 may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds where this is required for compliance purposes. Deposits made from funds derived from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account closed.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the qk44 platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. qk44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of a verifiable technical error on the part of the platform.

5.2 Odds and Markets

qk44 reserves the right to alter odds on any market at any time prior to the bet being placed and confirmed. 5.3 Void Bets

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your qk44 wallet balance.

5.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or interrupted connection during a bet placement or casino game session, qk44 will use its reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned. qk44 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures attributable to your device, internet connection, or third-party software.

5.5 Cricket & Sports Betting

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qk44 platform. Users found to be engaging in any of the following activities will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, their balances forfeited where applicable, and may be reported to the relevant legal authorities:
